At the Crossroads

Reflections and resources for navigating deep change and transformation

A quiet space for leaders, communities, and seekers standing at thresholds — where old forms are loosening, new life is trying to emerge, and the deeper questions can no longer be postponed.

Why this space

Many of us today are standing at a crossroads.

Religious life, faith-based leadership, and the wider human family are being invited into a deeper kind of transformation: one that asks for honesty, courage, grief, imagination, and trust.

At the Crossroads is where I gather what I’m seeing and offer it back — in writing, audio, video, and other forms as they’re ready.

The old maps are not useless — but they are no longer enough.

A word from Ted

After many years of writing, facilitating, teaching, and walking with communities through seasons of change, I’m creating this space to stay connected, share what I’m seeing, and make room for the deeper questions emerging in these times.

Some of these reflections will draw from my books and articles. Some will emerge from current conversations with leaders and communities. And some will simply ask the questions that seem to be asking us.

I hope it becomes a useful place to pause, listen, and look again.
